Join us for a professional discussion about midwifery record keeping. This workshop will introduce the Te Kāreti o ngā Kaiwhakawhānau ki Aotearoa|New Zealand College of Midwives Keteparaha/Toolkit – Supporting and enhancing effective midwifery record keeping in Aotearoa.

The aim of the workshop is to critically explore the components and maintenance of a health care record through a midwifery lens.

Contents include: professional and cultural considerations: components of reasonable record keeping: wahine/woman and whanau/family perspectives: strategies and tips: reflection and self-audit: guiding principles: legal frameworks: digital technology: decision making: confidentiality.


Workshop costs:

Members $230.00 (Prices are including gst. Full catering and resources are included).

Non-Members $295.00 (Prices are including gst. Full catering and resources are included).

The New Zealand College of Midwives is approved as a provider of continuing midwifery education by the Midwifery Council.

The College has allocated this workshop 8 hours of continuing midwifery education.
