As a homebirth midwife, I offer care to women and families seeking birth at home. I see birth as a natural, sacred and unique process: My role is as a caring and knowledgeable companion. I aim to empower the women and families I serve to reclaim ownership of the childbirth process, by sharing knowledge and facilitating true informed choice.

My caseload is small - maximum two births per month, to ensure that each family gets the individual care they deserve. This also allows me with time to nurture my own family - my daughter was born at home in 2003.

Antenatal care
Labour and birth care in your home
Advocacy and support if transfer to hospital is necessary
Postnatal care up to six weeks
Breastfeeding support and advice.
