Lynn Hilden: Mapua, Motueka, Richmond and Wakefield areas

Hello, my name is Lynn Hilden and I currently practise in the Mapua, Motueka, Richmond and  Wakefield areas.

I qualified as a Nurse and Midwife in Scotland, UK and moved to Nelson with my husband and three teenage daughters three years ago.

I believe in a kind, caring and flexible approach to midwifery. I work closely with women and their families to help them have the best possible pregnancy, birth and post natal experience, which is individualised to their personal needs and circumstances.

I offer birth at Motueka birthing unit, Nelson Public Hospital or home. This includes water birth or a dry land experience! I use massage and homoeopathy as complimentary practises and attend regular practise updates and training. I am a member of the New Zealand College of Midwives.
