Provisional Maternity 2005 Data (pdf file)

The provisional Maternal and Newborn Information 2005 presents a summary of birth related data in New Zealand in 2005. The data was drawn from the National Minimum Dataset(NMDS) collection, and it encompasses hospital-based events only.

Note:

Provisional data is subject to change and revision. The final figures will be presented in the Report on Maternity: Maternal and Newborn Information 2005 publication, which is due to be released by the Ministry of Health in April 2008.
