To Book a Midwifery Standards Review

To book your Midwifery Standards Review please download the MSR Registration Form and send it to NZCOM along with payment.

Once payment has been received you will be sent a pack with all of the information you need to prepare for the review. The date and time for your review and the names of the members who will be on your review panel will be sent later.

If you need to change any details of your review you need to contact the national Midwifery Standards Review Administrator.
