Remuneration: Comprising salary between $113,979.00 – $122,048.00 per annum, employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%)

About the TCHHS MGP Model of Care
To keep things transparent (because that matters), this role operates under the: Midwifery Group Practice Model of Care.
What that means for you:
- You’ll work variable hours across the year
- You’ll participate in an on-call roster as part of the MGP model
- You’ll receive an annualised salary arrangement, including a 35% loading in recognition of on-call and flexibility requirements
- You’ll receive 6 weeks recreation leave each year
