The New Zealand College of Midwives (the College) is a membership organisation providing a collective voice and support for midwives throughout New Zealand. https://www.midwife.org.nz/

The College provides the Midwifery First Year of Practice (MFYP) programme to all graduate midwives nationally.

We are seeking a part time experienced administrator to work 25 hours per week to manage and administer the MFYP programme.

Working as part of a team the role includes day to day programme administration; managing financial disbursements, reporting and database administration.

Experience and knowledge required for this role include:-

  • Broad administration experience
  • Effective communication skills
  • Systems oriented
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft software and confident with computer use
  • Organised, and able to work independently and within a team
