The New Zealand College of Midwives (the College) is a membership organisation providing a collective voice and support for midwives throughout Aotearoa. https://www.midwife.org.nz/
We are a Te Tiriti honouring organisation and we are seeking a full time experienced administrator to administer our midwifery quality assurance programme.
Working as part of a team the role includes scheduling, reporting and database administration.
Experience and knowledge required for this role include:-
- Minimum 5 years administration experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 office software and confident with computer use
- Database management
- Understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
- Excellent organisational and administration skills
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Data entry
- Attention to detail
- Development of systems
- Solutions focussed
- Able to work independently and within a team
