CV Check:  For midwives who have CV check renewals coming due during the Covid-19 Alert Levels 3 and 4

The Ministry of Health has agreed that for midwives whose CV Check is due for renewal the requirement for ID verification to be certified or notarised will be relaxed for the period of the COVID-19 levels 3 and 4. This means that you will upload your ID information as usual and it will be accepted without verification. You will be expected to obtain the certification or notarisation once we are in alert level 2 and send that to the CV check system.
