Please find attached:

·        a letter notifying the Ministry’s intention to amend the fee schedule of Primary Maternity Services Notice 2007

·        the draft Primary Maternity Services Amendment Notice 2019 with a new draft Schedule 1 containing amended fees.

The new fee schedule implements an increase of 4.93% and will be effective from 1 July 2019.  As indicated in the letter, the Ministry will commence payment at the new rates for claims with the relevant service date, from 1 July 2019.
